Acceptance of Terms

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to accept these terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 125win services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 125win will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, and you must update it if any details change. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as an additional security measure.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a 125win user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems or security
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to other users
- Sharing your login credentials with others
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary. 125win reserves the right to determine what constitutes a breach of these terms at its sole discretion.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 125win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. The platform does not accept deposits from third-party sources without explicit authorisation.
Deposits will be credited to your account within the processing timeframe specified for each payment method. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take between 1 to 3 business days depending on the method selected. The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be processed. All processing fees associated with specific payment methods are the responsibility of the user.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
125win provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will be continuously available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. Any service disruption arising from technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control does not entitle users to claim compensation.
The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
125win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised use. Any remaining balance in a suspended account will be reviewed in accordance with platform policy, and the platform's decision is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 125win platform are the property of the platform or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 125win.
Third-Party Links & Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 125win is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such sites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
125win reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
